Who Are We?

Atlanta Women in Transaction Services (“AWTS”) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to offering women in the merger and acquisition and distressed transactions services arena a wide range of professional development and networking opportunities.

Mission:

The organization’s mission is to increase retention, promotion, and quality of life for women in the industry through mentoring, networking and educating.  Additionally, we aim to economically empower other women in emerging nations starting with Peru.
