Qualifications: - Eight years of experience in one
of the following with a public accounting firm: accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction experience - Strong
current knowledge in one of the following: U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC) financial reporting issues, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction services - Experience with current audit
and accounting concepts, as well as, SEC filings (1933 and 1934 Act filings) - Excellent verbal and written communications,
interpersonal, and computer skills - Licensed CPA, CA, or CFA (level II passed) - Ability to travel 35-45 percent

and strategic “lifecycle” events and transactions through our main service areas: Forensic & Dispute
Services and Advisory Services. Within Advisory Services, we are seeking qualified candidates to join the
Intangible Asset Valuation Services practice.
Intangible Asset Valuation employs systematic and well-established
approaches to identify and value various categories of intangible assets. Categories of intangible assets
include, among others, marketing, technology, relationship-related intangible assets and contractual intellectual property. Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical and financial advisory related experience
- Demonstrated experience with managing of day to day aspects of client relationships and projects. Will have
responsibility for quality of client deliverables, mentor and develop staff and senior associates, develop client network,
and support efforts in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- A strong
finance, accounting or economics background required
- Experience in professional
services firm preferred
- BBA required; MBA preferred; ASA and/or CFA is a plus
- Banking &/or Financial Services industry experience required

Ernst & Young M&A Tax, Manager
Responsibilities Serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams, participating in due diligence engagements
related to the acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers. Develop sophisticated financial
models to analyze financial/operational performance results of potential buyers or targets. Develop pricing/valuation analyses
for the preparation of offering documents in the structuring of transactions. Identify and analyze tax risks and opportunities
while advising both strategic and private equity buyers and sellers on alternative tax strategies for acquisition, disposition,
and restructuring of businesses. Assist in reviewing and analyzing merger agreements and providing opinion letters.
Deloitte Business Valuation, Senior Associate Within Advisory Services,

Ernst & Young Real Estate, Senior Analyst
A Transaction Real Estate Senior Analyst typically serves as a member of multiple client engagement teams.
The individual will participate in real estate advisory engagements in a fast-paced, service-oriented business environment.
Engagements include financial analyses, cash flow modeling, property/portfolio modeling, analytical model reviews, loan portfolio
underwriting, market due diligence, asset valuations, real estate appraisals and appraisal reviews, and other general real
estate advisory services. We are involved in the analysis of a variety of property types including multi-family residential,
office, retail, hotel, warehouse, industrial, mixed-use, infrastructure, and special-use properties. Specific responsibilities
will include financial and cash flow modeling, property/portfolio modeling, market information research, real estate documents
analysis (including site/building plans, leases, appraisals, and mortgage underwriting/lending documents), market studies,
and report writing. The Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to participate in sales/marketing pursuit opportunities,
interface directly with clients, and manage junior staff.
