Executive Committee Bios Jennifer C. Hunter, Co-Founder
Jennifer is a Director in KPMG's Economic & Valuation Services practice where she has performed
hundreds of valuations of business interests and intangible assets for M&A, financial reporting and tax purposes.
She performs a wide variety of due diligence functions including financial modeling, EPS accretion-dilution analyses,
synergy assessment, stock option valuation and purchase price allocations. Jennifer covers the Southeast
for KPMG’s EVS practice and works out of both the Atlanta and Charlotte KPMG office.
Prior to joining
KPMG in 2002, she worked for Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance practice, as an Assistant CFO at Tatum CFO Partners,
and at Atlanta-based investment bank, Jacobs Capital. She has a business degree from University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jennifer is also an accredited senior member of the American Society
of Appraisers (“ASA”) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) charter holder.
Jennifer is
a minority interest shareholder in Rocky Mountain Pizza Company. She is the Vice Chair of Chayil, Inc.’s
Board of Directors, a member of Georgia Executive Women’s Network (GEWN), a leadership committee member of KPMG’s
Network of Women, and a Level III CFA instructor for the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts. She is a KPMG
National Chairman's Award Winner and 2007-recipient of Atlanta's "40 Under 40 Up and Comer's" Award.
Julie DeLong, Co-Founder
Julie is a Director in Navigant Consulting’s
Valuation Services practice in Atlanta where she is responsible for valuation analysis and financial advisory services for
clients seeking assistance with transaction support, financial reporting, strategic decision making, tax compliance, regulatory
compliance, and litigation support. Julie has over 20 years of experience providing
valuation consulting services to clients in a wide variety of industries, specializing in the valuation of business interests
and intangible assets. Prior to joining Navigant, Julie’s career was spent in the valuation practices
of major accounting firms. Most recently, Julie was a Director in the Valuation Practice of Deloitte Financial
Advisory Services, LLP. Julie has a Masters in Accounting and Economics from
the University of Iowa and is a CFA charterholder.
Bridget Bourgeois, Co-Founder
Bridget
Bourgeois is a Partner in Ernst & Young’s Valuation practices in Atlanta where she performs buy-side and sell-side
valuations for corporate and private equity clients. Since 1995, Bridget has focused on valuation and strategic finance
consulting in connection with a broad range of businesses and assets
for financial reporting, corporate tax planning, litigation, regulatory, strategic and transaction-related purposes. Her experience
includes matter involving start-ups, acquisition, merger, divestiture, due diligence investigations, and tax documentation.
In addition, Bridget has large global project valuation experience, and also experience in providing financial and valuation
advice to state Attorney General offices.
Stephanie Vettese, Co-Founder
Stephanie is a Senior Manager in the Financial Advisory Services Group in the Atlanta
office of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. With more than nine years of experience in valuation
consulting, she has been involved in the valuation of business enterprises and intangible assets for a variety of purposes
including mergers, acquisitions, purchase price allocations, management planning, litigation support, and tax consulting and
compliance.
Stephanie graduated magna cum laude from the University
of Georgia in June 1997 where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance. She
is a Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA") and a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research
("AIMR") and the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts.
